All merchandise is produced on a create-on-demand basis, meaning your item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. This method eliminates excess waste and prevents overproduction. The trade-off is slightly longer delivery times compared to traditional retail—but it’s a choice we make to prioritise the planet.

Fulfilment, Shipping & Delivery

Fulfilment: All orders are processed and produced by our trusted fulfilment partner. Production and order confirmation generally take 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and country of manufacture. While most orders arrive within 7 business days of fulfilment, some may take up to 30 business days.

Free Shipping: To balance the longer lead times associated with sustainable production, we provide free shipping on all orders, including international deliveries.

Responsibility: Please note that Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis does not hold stock or directly ship products. All fulfilment and delivery are carried out by our third-party partner.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details and an estimated delivery date. An additional notification will be sent when your parcel is out for delivery. Please note that tracking updates are provided directly by our fulfilment partner and associated carriers; as such, Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis cannot guarantee the accuracy or frequency of these updates and is not liable for delays outside our control.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We offer free international shipping worldwide. Please note that some orders may be subject to inbound duties, taxes, or customs charges as determined by local authorities. These fees are separate from the product and shipping costs and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. If duties or customs charges are declined and the parcel is returned, only a partial refund will be issued, with all return costs deducted from the refund amount. Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis accepts no responsibility for parcels delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, and no refunds will be provided in such circumstances.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and replacements are provided in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns Policy. Please note that products returned due to refusal to pay customs charges, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the buyer, or abandonment with postal authorities are not eligible for a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
