All online credit card transactions are processed securely through the Stripe Payment Gateway.

Stripe employs industry-leading security protocols, including 128-bit SSL encryption, to ensure your payment details are fully protected. Your complete credit card number is never visible to Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis or any outside party at any stage of the transaction.

Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant, authorised third-party payment processor trusted by thousands of Australian merchants. At no point does Stripe hold or access your funds — payments are transferred directly from your credit card to the Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis merchant account.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure your payment information is handled securely, Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis is not responsible for any security failures, data breaches, or unauthorised access that may occur within Stripe’s systems or other third-party networks beyond our direct control.

Delivery Policy

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe and/or our fulfilment partner containing your order details.

All products are supplied on a create-on-demand basis, with fulfilment generally taking 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination. While most orders arrive within 7 business days of fulfilment, some may take up to 30 business days.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that all tracking updates are provided by carriers, and Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, disruptions, or failures that are beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once dispatched. Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis accepts no liability for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or destroyed in transit. We hold no stock within our facilities and all stock is the responsibility of our manufacturer. Any claims must be raised directly with the carrier. Customers are encouraged to obtain postal insurance where available to mitigate such risks.

Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Refunds and replacements will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and this policy.

Exclusions: No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging and/or tags

  • Goods returned due to refusal to pay customs charges

  • Deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the buyer

  • Parcels abandoned with postal authorities

If goods are seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

Shipping & Risk: Below as outlined:

  • All return postage and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • We strongly recommend using registered post with insurance for all returns. Blindside NRL Fantasy Analysis accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels where the buyer has not arranged appropriate insurance.

Process for Returns

  1. Notification: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@blindsidenrl.com.au within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive confirmation and instructions for returning your item(s). Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

  3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including insurance if desired.

  4. Inspection: Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with this policy. Items not meeting the eligibility criteria will be declined and may be returned to the buyer at their expense.

  5. Resolution: Once approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or the nominated bank account details of the buyer.
